With Idaho Gives Day here, we’ve been humbled by the donations we’ve already seen this morning & we’re so grateful for your support. One of the questions we think every donor ponders each time they make a contribution is “Is my donation enough to make a difference?” And the answer is ABSOLUTELY. Every little bit makes a difference. Our suggested minimum donation for Idaho Gives Day is $25, so what does your $25 mean to LRLT? For a small organization, such as LRLT, $25 goes a long ways, something we take a lot of pride in. General operating dollars such as what we receive from Idaho Gives are also critical as we can utilize them for anything from salaries, office supplies, mileage or outreach.
Your $25 donation helps pay for:
- An hour long meeting with a landowner interested in a conservation easement;
- 40+ miles of travel to meet with landowners, steward our completed conservation easements or check-in on our restoration projects;
- An hour of staff time mentoring our summer interns;
- 200+ pages of color printing;
- An hour long outreach presentation to local youth or community groups;
- Two months of website hosting allowing us to share our work with the world;
- An hour of pursuing new funding opportunities;
Every $25 really does count for something & assists LRLT in providing our services to the community. Please make a contribution via Idaho Gives today!
